This is another modification of the Sherman tank chassis by Israel, this time to carry a French-designed Model 50 155mm howitzer. This vehicle was first introduced in the late 1950s.
The layout is similar to the Ambutank, but the rear area is open-topped and taken up by the howitzer and ammunition. |
