The heart of design concept of Desert Raider is a unique 4-wheel rear suspension unit that has independent suspension for each pair of rear wheels. The unit incorporates a pivot axis about which the vehicle can rise or fall, and Desert Raider is able to move with just one of its 6 wheels touching the ground.
The automatic transmission, powerful engine and flexible yet rugged frame, further contribute to the mobility and maneuverability of Desert Raider under extreme field conditions and rough terrain.
